An Oklahoma City woman has pleaded guilty to Second-Degree murder for the death of a UCO professor killed in a drunk driving accident in Edmond back in the summer of 2013. Judge Ray Elliot sentenced Kardaras to 25 years, Monday afternoon.
Chandler Kardaras was 20-year-old at the time of the crash.
The victim, UCO professor Debra Reed, was killed when investigators say Kardaras crossed the center of Portland Avenue, slamming into Reed's car near Danforth. It was Kardaras's second DUI.
