Police have identified a man who is accused of stabbing a woman to death and injuring another man Sunday night in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to police, at about 7 p.m., officers responded to the stabbing in the 100 block of N.W. 27th Street. They found one victim, 47-year-old Allen Galbreath, at the scene. Galbreath was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive.

Police learned that another victim, 34-year-old Elizabeth Nelson, had driven herself to a convenience store at N.W. 23rd and Robinson. She was transported to an area hospital, where she later died.
According to police, both victims were in a vehicle in front of a home in the 100 block of N.W. 27th Street. The suspect, later identified as 28-year-old Steven Rivera, walked by and some type of confrontation occurred. That's when police say Rivera stabbed both victims.
A witness heard the commotion and held Rivera until officers arrived. Rivera was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on charges of first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
Nelson's death is Oklahoma City 11th homicide of the year.
