Former OK Highway Patrol Trooper Accused Of Indecent Exposure

A woman flashes a truck driver on I-40. Now, the woman and a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper who was behind the wheel face charges for indecent exposure.

A truck driver complained about the two harassing him on the highway. When Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers made the traffic stop the report shows the former trooper appeared drunk, flashed his old badge and had a naked woman sitting in the front seat

Troopers arrested Thomas Pixton and Kimberly Marshall last month after a truck driver made the report of a possible drunk driver. The trucker told dispatch the driver and his passenger kept slowing down to 35 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone on I-40. Court documents describe the incident in more detail noting Kimberly Marshall flashed the truck driver and then sat totally nude performing a sex act on herself. Documents indicate Thomas Pixton repeatedly slowed the car down to assure the truck driver saw what Marshall was doing.

When the Oklahoma Highway Patrol stopped the couple, troopers report Pixton, who had been previously fired from his job as an OHP trooper, flashed his badge and a law enforcement commission card. The document shows Marshall remained naked in the front seat and a strong odor of alcohol was coming from the car. Both were arrested during the traffic stop.

Marshall and Pixton both face indecent exposure charges. Marshall is charged for exposing herself and being drunk in public. Pixton is also charged with indecent exposure because he assisted her during the act. Pixton also faces one count of drunk driving and another for impersonating a police officer.
