Carol Mowrer, 66, was found dead inside her home, located at 6409 lake Estate Road near Tishomingo, by a home health care worker.

OSBI agents are still following leads in this case. Earlier in November, agents discovered that two small safes were missing from Mowrer's home. Investigators said Friday there were several pieces of jewelry inside one of the safes.
