OKLAHOMA CITY – Friday Night Roundup visited a pair of exciting games on Thursday night as Anadarko blew past Blanchard and the Yukon Millers needed overtime to hold off Moore.
Sheldon Wilson absolutely stole the show for Anadarko in the Warriors' 45-8 victory.
Wilson ended up with 305 yards on 14 carries – an average of more than 21 yards per carry.
He also scored all six of Anadarko's touchdowns on the night, bringing his total to 31 on the season.
Anadarko remained undefeated at 8-0 on the season and will visit Tuttle next weekend.
Blanchard (4-4) will host Marlow.
The second game of the night for the Roundup was a little bit closer, as Yukon outlasted Moore 28-21 in overtime.
It didn't take long for the Millers to get on the board, gaining their first touchdown just three minutes into the game.
Yukon would go on to lead 14-7 at halftime, with quarterback Corben Jones responsible for both scores to go with 137 yards in the first.
The teams traded scores throughout the second half before heading into overtime tied at 21.
The Millers got the ball first in the extra period, and Chance Legget was able to convert from a yard out to give Yukon a 28-21 advantage.
Moore was unable to convert on its turn, falling to 1-7 on the year. The Lions will travel to Putnam City North next.
Yukon improves to 5-3 and will host Choctaw.
