Two Arrested After Elk City Man Dies Of Overdose

Charges were presented to the Beckham County District Attorney's Office against two people after a man was found dead in an Elk City home.

Authorities said Riki Fox and Steven Parsons were both booked into the Elk City Jail facing charges of Child Neglect, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) in the Presence of a Minor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Distribution of CDS and Murder in the First Degree.

Authorities said Raymond Henderson, 23, died from an over-dose inside of an apartment rented by Parsons.
