Outcry over the death of George Floyd has sparked protests nationwide but also conversations. 

News 9 spoke with young leaders in the black community about some tough topics like moments they felt judged by the color of their skin, their fears and what they want to see changed. 

Solutions or changes the group brought up included body cameras for all police, community policing, listening to really hear and not respond and hoping people can admit to implicit biases they may already have. 

Gregory II, the founder of Poetry and Chill, encouraged people in Oklahoma to focus on cases like Julius Jones and Isaiah Lewis. 

"It's not just because its trending," said Gregory. "We live this 365, 24/7. This is what we do, so I think people need to understand that we're not going to stop until justice is served in our state."
