Governor Kevin Stitt met with Green Country business leaders on Tuesday who are working to battle the pandemic.
The governor met with officials from the Rapid Application Group, a 3D printing company in Broken Arrow. The company was awarded $150,000 from the state’s Manufacturing Reboot Program to help them make more PPE.
“They saw just what we needed in the state of Oklahoma,” said Governor Stitt. “They took action, they retooled their plant. They started producing this for our healthcare workers. Couldn’t be more proud of them. That’s why I decided to come down here and lay my eyes on their facility.”
The state selected 29 companies across Oklahoma to receive funding through the program.
