Three Oklahoma men pleaded guilty in federal court for their roles in the killing of a man in Hughes County in 2018.
The U.S. Attorney's Office said Tyler Deerinwater shot and killed Jonathon Merriman outside a grocery store. He faces life in prison when he is sentenced.
Caleb Hodgins and Tyler Grandstaff pleaded guilty to assaulting Merriman before Deerinwater killed him.
They face 10 years in prison.
Grandstaff also admitted to later assaulting someone who gave information to investigators.
