Oklahoma Defensive End Ronnie Perkins Off To The NFL

Oklahoma defensive end Ronnie Perkins officially declared for the NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon.

Perkins made the announcement via his Twitter account.

Perkins played a shortened 2020 season due to a suspension that dated back to the end of the 2019 football season. Despite the sample size of six games, Perkins' return to the field was the start of Oklahoma's stellar defensive play.

He racked up 5.5 sacks in 2020 and finished with 16.5 sacks over three seasons in Norman.
