14-Year-Old Dead After Shooting At SE OKC Apartment Complex, Police Say

Police are investigating a shooting that left a 14-year-old teenager dead Thursday morning in southeast Oklahoma City.

Around 2 a.m., Oklahoma City police responded to The Commons at Sunnylane apartment complex near Southeast 52nd Street and South Sunnylane Road after receiving multiple shots fired calls.

Officers found the teen, identified as Dominique Ross, with apparent gunshot wounds in a breezeway on the west side of the complex.

Police said they're speaking to witnesses and canvassing the area for evidence and information.

There is currently no suspect information.

A medical examiner is headed to the scene to help identify the victim.
