OKC Firefighters Put Out Vacant Building Fire Near Douglass High School

Oklahoma City fire crews put out a 3-alarm building fire at 1021 North Martin Luther King Avenue, which is across from Frederick Douglass High School stadium.

Firefighters said the building appeared to be vacant.

One of OKCFD's firefighters was treated by EMSA after getting a slight burn on his forehead from the heat. The firefighter returned to working on the fire after he was treated.

Firefighters are still investigating the cause of the fire.
