19-Year-Old Victim Dies After Hit-And-Run Crash

A young man has passed away from his injuries after a hit-and-run crash.

19-year-old Dallas Lowry was hit while riding his bike to work early Thursday morning in Broken Arrow. His dad, Scott Lowry told News On 6 that Dallas passed away on Friday.

Scott said Dallas had just graduated from the Oklahoma School for the Deaf about three weeks ago and planned to start college in the fall to study computer science.

He told News On 6 that his son Dallas was an organ donor and there will be a flag-raising ceremony for him Saturday at 10 a.m. at Saint Francis.

The woman accused of driving the car that hit Dallas has been arrested.
