Police: Clerk Shoots Armed Robbery Suspect At Dispensary In NW OKC

Police said a suspect is in critical condition after an attempted armed robbery Tuesday in northwest Oklahoma City.

Authorities said the crime took place at Gaia's Favor Medical Marijuana Dispensary located in the 2500 block of NW 23rd St.

According to police, the suspect, armed with two knives, waked inside the dispensary, broke display cases and threatened the clerk.

The owner pulled out a gun and shot the suspect, police said.

The suspect was taken to an area hospital.

Investigators said they are reviewing the security footage.
