Powerful Storm Headed Into Oklahoma

A power storm is over the Rockies this morning and is headed our way. Clouds, gulf moisture and gusty winds will overtake the state today.

Showers and a few storms will be possible this morning, but the more threatening conditions move in late today and tonight. Scattered showers and a few storms will be possible with a low severe hail threat.

The storms that develops tonight will be the most severe with the largest wind, hail and tornado threat. These will storms will develop into a line and move SE through the state. We expect this storm line in OKC between 2-4 a.m. tonight.
