Driver Accused Of Hitting, Killing UCO Student To Appear In Court

A man accused of hitting and killing UCO student Marissa Murrow will be back in court this week.

Malcolm Penney is accused of driving drunk and leaving the scene of the crash back in Oct. 2020.

Three years ago, Penney plead guilty to his fourth DUI in seven years.

The Murrows have since worked to keep their daughter's memory alive.
