House Fire In Spencer Sparked By Electrical Issue

An electrical problem sparked a house fire in Spencer early Tuesday morning.

It happened just before 3 a.m. on John Street, near Anderson Road and Britton.

Firefighters said the flames started in the attic. They were able to get the blaze under control before it did any major damage.

Everyone inside made it out safely.
