Manhunt For Kameron Jenkins Enters Sixth Day

A man who shot and injured a Cleveland County deputy is still on the run as investigators search for his location.

State investigators are searching for a man who shot and injured a Cleveland County deputy, police say.

25-year-old Kameron Jenkins has been on the run since Wednesday, when law enforcement say he shot Cleveland County deputy Sean Steadman near Wynnewood.

Deputy Steadman is expected to be okay, but officers say an innocent bystander, Gwaun Friersonm, was killed in the crossfire of that shooting.

There is an $11,000 reward leading to Jenkins' arrest, and Oklahoma City Police Chief Wade Gourley said people should call 911 if they see him.

"I can't imagine what he would do to a civilian that he encountered, so I would imagine he's a danger wherever he is at this very moment," Gourley said.
