Man Shot In Leg At Tulsa Apartment Complex On Christmas

A shooting at an apartment complex in Tulsa sent a man to the hospital on Christmas, police said.

The Tulsa Police Department said a man in his 20's was shot once in the leg at the Northern Heights Apartments near Pine and Harvard Monday evening.

Officers said he ran to get help from someone in another unit after being shot.

Police said they don't have any information on a possible suspect and believe that no one else is in danger in the area.

"We at this time have no other information as to who else was involved in this altercation. We do not believe that anyone else is in danger at this time in this area. So, if we get any other information we'll make sure people are aware," said TPD Sgt. W.D. Hidy.
