News 9 Joins A Jazzercise Class On The Porch

A local Jazzercise studio is combining dancing and burning calories to create a fun workout experience for everyone.

News 9's Jordan Ryan took the Arca Continental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Porch to a Jazzercise class in Midwest City to show how to have fun and get healthy.

At Midwest City Jazzercise, the classes aren't the typical vintage Jazzercise classes you see online, which involve bright, colorful clothing.

"Everything is scientifically based by fitness professionals and they pass it down to us,' Kelly said.

Kelly said women, men, and the whole family are welcome to join in on the fun.

"This is a family, we come together, we sweat together, we party together," Kelly said.
