Man Shot In Tulsa, Police Search For Suspect

Tulsa Police say they are looking for the man who shot another man in the lower back on Tuesday.

Police say the victim was shot during an argument near 43rd and Owasso. They say the victim tried to pull out some pepper spray but was unable to use it before being shot.

The victim was transported with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
