2 Arrested Following NW Oklahoma City Carjacking

Oklahoma City Police arrested two people after a carjacking Wednesday night in the northwestern part of the city.

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Two people have been arrested after a vehicle theft Wednesday night in Oklahoma City, police say.

Oklahoma City Police said officers attempted to stop a vehicle near Northwest 16th Street and North MacArthur Boulevard when it hit a curb, went airborne and caught on fire.

OCPD said a K-9 Officer caught the driver, and officers arrested the passenger, and also said they later found the person whose car was stolen walking along Interstate 44.

Police said no one was not hurt
