One of the teens accused in the attack on an Oklahoma County deputy has had charges against him dismissed.
The District Attorney has dropped charges against Diante Douglas. Prosecutors say Douglas told Keonta Prince and Christopher Baker when Major John Waldenville would be making a bank deposit while working security at Cattlemens in May of last year.

All three men were charged with the crime that left Major John Waldenville without the use of one of his eyes.
Douglas spent nearly eight months behind bars facing charges for the robbery part of the attack. He tells News 9 his former friend Keonta Prince, who stands accused of shooting Major Waldenville, lied on the stand and accused him of being in on the robbery. Prince later recanted.
The state dropped the charges two weeks ago. Douglas says he will testify at trial. Price and Baker are still charged with shooting with intent to kill and armed robbery.
