An earthquake shook Monday evening in northwest Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The 3.7-magnitude earthquake was reported at 6:30 p.m. Monday. Its epicenter was about five miles east, northeast of Cherokee, 34 miles northwest of Enid and 99 miles north, northwest of Oklahoma City.
The earthquake was more than three miles deep.
No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
