One of OU's best defensive players is in trouble again. Starting cornerback Jordan Thomas was arrested at 2:45 Thursday morning and faces charges for public intoxication along with assault and battery and interference, according to an arrest filed with Cleveland County Sheriff's office.
This isn't the first time Thomas has found trouble, seeing he spent a night in jail back in December after failing to appear in court for a traffic citation, and was suspended for the Tulsa game on Sept. 19, for undisclosed reasons. He was also suspended for the first quarter of the season opener against Akron for a disciplinary issue.
Thomas was released from jail just before noon Thursday. No charges have been filed.
