Affidavit: Teddy Mitchell's Murdered Wife Took Part In Illegal Gambling Business

A newly unsealed affidavit shows the murdered wife of Teddy Mitchell took part in his illegal gambling business.

Teddy Mitchell is indicted for the gambling crime.

Teddy Mitchell's wife, Julie Mitchell, was found beaten to death in the home in 2010. The more than 80 page document shows Julie Mitchell dealt some of the poker games at the family's home.

Teddy Mitchell, his two sons, and six others are facing federal charges for the operation. All the men have pleaded not guilty.

So far, no one has been arrested for Julie Mitchell's death.
