Police say a 21-year-old Tulsa locksmith dies after he is shot during an argument over price after opening the door of a locked car late Tuesday.
Tulsa Police got the call at the Beckett Ridge Apartments in the 4900 block of South Memorial at about 11:15 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found Sebastian Geiger in his work truck in the parking lot. EMSA took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police said after unlocking the door Geiger asked for payment and apparently got into an argument with the car's owner.
Officers said the owner went inside an apartment and returned with two other men. They say a gun was produced and as Geiger drove off he was shot.
Police say one of three men has taken into custody and was questioned by homicide investigators. They are still looking for the other two men.
"We are trying to determine if we do have any additional witnesses from here the investigation's still on-going," said Tulsa Police Cpl. R.W. Solomon.
Police say this is the city's 51st homicide of 2013.
Tulsa Police ask if anyone has information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers 918-596-COPS or text 918TIP to "Crimes."
