OHP: Vehicle Fire Caused Heavy Delays On Turner Turnpike

A vehicle fire caused heavy delays on the Turner Turnpike.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the fire happened Saturday afternoon on the turnpike between Chandler and Wellston.

There are traffic delays on the eastbound side of the turnpike stretching as far back as North Price Avenue through South 3390 Road in Chandler.

The fire has since been extinguished. Traffic is no longer at a standstill.
