The man accused of killing University of Central Oklahoma student Marissa Murrow in a wrong-way crash has officially been arraigned.
Malcolm Penney pleaded not guilty to two felony charges.
"Just waiting for today the anticipation," said Marissa's dad Jeff Murrow.

He and his wife Kristy have spent seven months waiting, and the process lasted just a few minutes.
Penney appeared by video and appeared to show no emotion as he plead not guilty.
He's facing a second-degree murder charge and leaving the scene of a fatality accident.
The crash back in October killed 19-year-old Murrow, a beloved UCO student.

"I guess we had some hope he would take responsibility for what he did," said Jeff. "But I don't know why we felt that way because that's not his history."
Penney was allegedly driving the wrong-way on the Kilpatrick Turnpike. According to court documents, his blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
In 2018 Penney plead guilty to his fourth DUI in just seven years.
His previous offenses spanned several states including Oklahoma and Kansas. At the time of the crash, he was serving a deferred sentence out of Louisiana.
"I guess we are going to go five more months," said Jeff.
Marissa's parents are preparing themselves for more hearings and a trial in September.
They also have a civil suit involving Penney and his former wife that is moving forward.
News 9 reached out to Penney's attorney but did not received a response.
"We're going to do right by our daughter," said Jeff. "We're going to be here every minute and then hopefully when this is over, we can do something that will help someone else."
Penney will be back in court July 13 The jury trial is set for September 13.
