Del City Police Searching For 7-Year-Old Boy, Woman After Reported Child Abduction

Del City police are searching for a 7-year-old boy and a woman after they received a report of a possible child abduction.

Shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday, police were called to the 4600 block of Tinker Diagonal, police said.

The child was in the care of his aunt.

The aunt told police the boy and her children were walking to the bus when the boy's mother pulled up and forced him into the vehicle.

The mother has a court order against her and it prohibits her from having any physical contact, police said.

The boy was identified as Auston Zeigler and his mother was identified as 34-year-old Robin Zeigler.

Robin Zeigler was reportedly driving a white Dodge pickup.

Because the family does not fear for the child's safety, the criteria for an Amber Alert was not met, police said.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
