EPIC Investigation Continuing Under New Oklahoma AG

Oklahoma's new Attorney General is taking over the EPIC Charter Schools embezzlement investigation.

The office of Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said he sent a letter to the Oklahoma County District Attorney informing him of the takeover.

In 2022, David Chaney, Ben Harris and Josh Brock were arrested and charged with racketeering and embezzlement involving millions in tax dollars.
