Downed Power Lines Cause Road Closures In Norman

All lanes of State Highway 9 between 24th Avenue Southeast and 36th Avenue Southeast in Norman have been closed, according to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.

ODOT said the reason for the closure was due to power lines being knocked down in the area.

The ramps from US-77 to SH-9 have also been closed.

Westbound traffic can detour from northbound SH-102 to I-40. Eastbound traffic can detour using I-35 and US-7.
