Oklahoma City Police said Khalil Warren, 27, was arrested in Pennsylvania on the complaint of first-degree murder for the killing of 22-year-old Daniel Howard.
“It was a chaotic scene, as you can imagine,” said Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Rob Robertson.
“Some of those people who were struck in the parking lot were bystanders,” said Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Dillon Quirk.
Police said violence spilled out into the parking lot following a confrontation between two groups inside a bar near Northwest 10th and Hudson.
“This was not a random act,” said Quirk.
“Officers arrived there, and found one person deceased,” said Robertson.
According to court filings, after "having been forced outside by security," area surveillance cameras captured J'Coal Glover walking to his vehicle, “retrieving an item from inside, then returning to the parking lot," just moments after police said he and his party were seen arguing with the victim.
According to court records, that's when a second altercation took place.
Cameras captured Glover as he helped to conceal a second suspect, who was "holding a firearm behind his back."

Investigators said the gunman was concealed as he reached past Glover and began shooting "multiple rounds at the victims."
Glover was charged with first-degree murder and is being held in the Oklahoma County Detention Center without bond.
Investigators named Destiny Adams, 21, in court documents as the charged shooter’s accomplice.
