$541 Million Education Bill Weaving Way Through Oklahoma Legislation

A $541 million education plan proposed by Sen. Adam Pugh is working its way through the Oklahoma Senate.

Sen. Pugh (R-Edmond) said the bills are focused on four pillars: recruiting, retaining, rewarding schools and teachers and reforming critical programs such as state aid and early childhood education.

Several other of Pugh's proposed education bills will be heard before the March 23 floor deadline.
