Woman Sues After Falling Into Midwest City Hole

A metro woman sues Midwest City and Oklahoma Department of Transportation after she fell into a hole.

Bob Mills SkyNews 9 was over the scene in October as firefighters worked to rescue Tiffany Harris.

According to Harris’s lawsuit she was trapped eight feet below the surface amore than 12 hours.

Harris’s lawyers said in Oklahoma County court the city and Oklahoma Department of Transportation were negligent by not marking the hole.

Harris is asking both for thousands of dollars in damages to cover medical costs, pain, and suffering.
