Myers was the first to pull out a gun, causing bar patrons to panic.
That’s when shots were fired inside the bar. Myers exited the bar after being shot multiple times. Police reports said 42-year-old Nicklus Sweet was seen running around the bar shooting Myers in the back twice.
Also, during the fight, 48-year-old Douglas Jacobs walked inside the bar when he saw Oberholtzer shooting, and Jacobs opened fire.
Despite being shot, Oberholtzer continued shooting, even changing his magazine. He then dies on the floor of the bar.
When the police arrived, Sweet and Jacobs spoke with officers. Sweet said he did not have a gun or witness any shootings, while Jacobs claims he never entered the bar during the fight; surveillance footage shows both men firing weapons at the bar.
