Here are the nine stories you need to know from both Oklahoma and around the world.

9 - A large hail stone, about the size of a brick, damaged Bob Mills SkyNews9 as Jim Gardner was tracking the Cole tornado. The good news is that Jim landed safely, our flight crew is okay and repairs are underway.

8 - A Dollar General clerk is shot and Oklahoma City police are searching for a suspect this morning. It happened around 9 o'clock last night near NW 122nd and Council.

7 - Broken Arrow Republican Rep. Dean Davis pleaded no contest to an Oklahoma City public drunkenness ticket. Davis was censured and had his committee assignments stripped following a run in with law enforcement at a Bricktown bar.

6 - New tornado ratings are coming in from our team of meteorologists. Among the estimated dozen tornadoes, preliminary reports rate the fatal tornado in Cole as an EF3. The Shawnee and Etowah tornadoes rated an EF2.

5 - The American Red Cross has shelters open to assist those impacted by tornados. They are at Noble High School, the Citizen Potawatomi Nation's Reunion Hall in Shawnee and the Washington school gym.

4 - The U.S. Supreme Court is set to decide today whether access to a widely used abortion pill will remain legal amid ongoing court challenges. The High Court gave itself until tonight to decide the interim fate of mifepristone.

3 - An Oklahoma Appeals Court says Death Row inmate Richard Glossip's execution will move forward -- despite objections from Attorney General Gentner Drummond. Drummond says he'll fight to make sure that doesn't happen.

2 - Several Oklahoma schools are closed this morning due to tornado damage. Shawnee Public Schools, Dibble Public Schools, Grove Public School in Shawnee, and Tecumseh Public Schools will be closed today. Dexter Axle in Shawnee will be closed through Sunday.

1 - Three Oklahoma families are mourning the loss of loved ones this morning following this week's tornados. Two people died in McClain County--Mike Bradsher and a person whose identity has not yet been released. Emergency officials said a third storm-related death was elsewhere in the state\. We're still waiting for information about that loss of life.
