21-Year-Old Arrested After Lockdown At Webster Middle School

A lockdown at Webster Middle School was lifted on Monday after a 21-year-old was arrested.

Oklahoma City Police said there weren't any threats made at the school.

Police said Nathaniel Jones, 21, came to pick up his brother from the school, but he wasn't on the pick up list. School officials noticed that Jones had a gun on him.

When police responded to the scene, an officer with the department asked Jones if he had a weapon on him, which he stated that he did before he was taken into custody, according to police.

Jones was arrested on the complaints of carrying a gun on a school property as well as other warrants, and he was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
