Firefighters Battle 2-Alarm Fire At SE OKC Apartment Complex

Oklahoma firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire Saturday afternoon near Southeast 54th and Sunnylane Road.

Fire officials say it started as a kitchen fire that spread to the rest of the apartment.

The owner received minor burns and cuts on their hand and was treated on scene.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Neighbors were evacuated while crews worked the fire.
