42-Year-Old Shot To Death At NW Oklahoma City Gas Station

A 42-year-old was shot to death Tuesday morning at a northwest Oklahoma City gas station, police said.

When police responded to the scene, they found Dominic Hill, 42, dead.

Oklahoma City Police said they responded to the scene of the shooting at around 5:27 a.m. at the 7-Eleven near Northwest 31st Street and Classen Boulevard.

Investigators said they learned Hill was involved in a fight with a worker at the gas station before he was shot and killed.

The employee initially fled from the scene before he was taken into custody and interviewed, police said.

Police said they have released the suspect in connection to the deadly shooting. The suspect's name is being withheld until the District Attorney's office decides whether he will be charged, police said.
