Pedestrian Injured In NE OKC Crash

Police have closed Northeast 23rd Street at Lottie Avenue due to an accident involving a pedestrian.

The vehicle, a white pickup truck, fled the scene but later returned, according to police.

Police say the woman who was hit is in critical condition.
