Severe Storm Chances Return With Damaging Winds As Primary Threat

A storm system with the potential for hail, lightning and damaging winds is possible across western Oklahoma and the OKC area overnight.

Meteorologist Justin Rudicel says the risk is moderate in NW Oklahoma and the risk is lower in the middle of the state around Oklahoma City.

This storm could produce quarter-sized hail, 70 mph winds and frequent lightning.
