A man was arrested on suspicion of killing one person and injuring another in a Noble shooting October 12, according to investigators.
Mark Woodward with Oklahoma Bureau Of Narcotics confirmed that the location of the shooting, was also an illegal marijuana grow operation.
Woodward also stated that the murder suspect, Dariel Fernandez allegedly worked for the grower, named Olivia Rodriguez.
Woodward says the marijuana growers did not have an active OBN Registration, and approximately 300 marijuana plants were seized on the night of the shooting.
OBN said that those involved will face charges for illegal cultivation, and that the investigation still ongoing.
Fernandez has an arraignment Friday, October 20 at 1:30 p.m. in Cleveland County.
The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office has identified the man accused of shooting two people in Noble last week.
Dariel Fernandez was arrested Wednesday after one person was fatally shot and another injured near 149th Street and Cemetery Road.
Wednesday just after 4 p.m., the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office started a homicide investigation at a home just down the street.

Investigators arrived at a convenience store where they found two young men, one with a shooting injury. One of the young men led officers back to the home where the shooting happened. It is at the home where officers discovered the homicide.
