Preliminary Hearing For Man Accused Of Killing Wife, Kidnapping Son

A metro man charged with murdering his ex-wife and then kidnapping their five-year-old son had his preliminary hearing conference Tuesday.

Oklahoma City Police say Chase Ainsworth stabbed his ex-wife Samantha Ainsworth to death inside her southwest Oklahoma City home back in July.

After the stabbing, police say Ainsworth kidnapped the couple's five-year-old son, who was later found safe.
