Former Oklahoma Attorney General Passes Away At 96-Years-Old

Former Oklahoma Attorney General G.T. Blankenship has passed away, according to Governor Kevin Stitt.

Blankenship was 96-years-old and served as Oklahoma's Attorney General from 1967-1971. Blankenship was the first republican attorney general for Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.

Blankenship served as the Oklahoma House minority leader for the republican party from from 1964-1966.
