Going Home: Amanda Taylor Finds 'Inspirations' In Edmond

EDMOND, Oklahoma -- News 9 anchor Amanda Taylor has fallen in love with the City of Edmond.

Although Amanda was raised in Indiana, she's grown to love the city just as if she were born here. One of her favorite places to visit is Edmond's Farmers' Market. She loves the variety of fresh produce and other items she can buy.

Amanda said she's never bored in her adopted hometown. She and her husband can always find something to do.

"I'll be honest. Sometimes on a Saturday afternoon, Nick and I are just sitting at home, we're twiddling our thumbs with nothing to do. So, we'll hop in the car, come down to downtown Edmond and do a little window shopping."

Amanda's neighbors have become good friends, so when she and her girlfriends want to spend some quality time together, they head to Inspirations Tea Room. It's a cozy place where they can sip tea, nibble on treats and talk the afternoon away.
