A lack of water has led to the closing of Jay Public Schools in Delaware County Friday.

A preliminary report on a plane crash in northeastern Oklahoma that killed a Grove man says the aircraft lost engine power while in flight. 

The city of Jay is under a boil order due to the recent flooding.
