OKLAHOMA CITY – After a school record setting performance Saturday against Texas A&M, Oklahoma State quarterback Brandon Weeden has been named the Walter Camp Offensive Player of the Week.
The senior from Edmond passed for a school-record 438 yards to help lead the No. 7 Cowboys to a 30-29 victory over the Aggies.
Weeden completed 47-of-60 passes and tallied two touchdown throws on the game to recover from a 17 point halftime deficit.

This week's Walter Camp Defensive Player of the Week went to LSU's Tyrann Mathieu who racked up had six tackles, one interception, one pass breakup and forced and recovered a fumble to help his No. 3 Tigers defeat No. 16 West Virginia, 47-21.
Oklahoma State has a bye week this week but will return to action Oct. 8 hosting the Kansas Jayhawks. Kickoff has for that game has not been determined at this time.
