Crews Battle Fire At Midwest City Apartment Building

A fire on a balcony quickly spread Thursday morning at an apartment complex in the 8500 block of East Reno in Midwest City.

The fire started just before 4 a.m. at Woodside Apartments. The fire spread from the balcony to the side of the building. Crews evacuated eight units while they battled the flames.

Two apartments sustained smoked and water damage. No one was hurt.
