Justin Adams denied being with Jaymie on the night of her disappearance. Back in February, 2012, authorities obtained cell phone records, and determined that Jaymie's cell phone and Justin's cell phone hit the same cell phone tower at different places in the metro, which indicates that Justin was either with Jaymie, or was following her the night of her disappearance.

However, according to court documents, investigators say the cell phone data previously obtained was incorrect. The records which showed Jaymie and Justin's phones together or in close proximity to one another were not accurate.
Investigators took a DNA sample of Joseph Cyr, who'd refused to cooperate after Jaymie Adams' disappearance. Cyr moved out of Oklahoma City shortly after the killing in December. Police say he contacted Adams in response to a Craigslist ad for sex shortly before she disappeared.

According to court documents released on Tuesday, the DNA sample taken from Cyr matched the DNA sample found inside Jaymie Adams' body.
Cyr was arrested Tuesday night on a complaint of first-degree murder.
Investigators believe the two had sex. However, Cyr has not yet been charged and in the past has denied meeting Jaymie.
According to court documents, cell tower data indicates that both Jaymie and Cyr's cell phones were near the area of I-40 and Douglas the night of Jaymie's disappearance. The area was close to where Jaymie's van was found the next morning.
